ProScrub Wet Type Dust Collectors are designed for safe ventilation of finishing, graining, sanding, grinding, and mixing processes.

ProScrub dust collectors provide excellent air cleaning efficiency through an advanced, yet simple water washing action at an affordable price.

The patented scrub is accomplished using airflow to create a series of water curtains which trap and remove dust particles from the inbound dirty air stream. Clean air passes through a final stage mist eliminator filtration pack and exhausts out the top of the unit. There are no spray-nozzles or pumps to clog or foul the performance of the machine.

Simple, powerful, and compact -- these rugged machines will provide years of low-maintenance and dependable performance for years! ProScrub is a heavy-gauge, industrial piece of equipment that will perform and last. Others you will find are thin-gauge, commercial-grade products - with gimmicks (like "sludge removal tool") and will not last.

Sizes range from 1200 CFM to 3,000 CFM.

Standard Features include a large removable Lexan view port for monitoring sludge and water levels as well as the scrub action. Bolted cover plates allow access to the fan and mist eliminator sections of the machine.

A large brass mechanical float valve is pre-calibrated at the factory to add water as needed for consistent operating level accuracy. The tank is easily accessible for sludge clean-out via a large, pin-hinged, removable access door mounted on a 40-degree plenum. There is also a generous 2” drain at the tank bottom for draining and additional clean-up.

These machines are modeled after the well-known Uni-Wash Wet Type Dust Collector product line that has been an industry standard for over 75 years!
