The SIDEKICK BT-800 Portable Dust Collector provides 800 CFM at approximately 7 inches w.g. total static pressure with a 1.5 HP motor, 110/1/60 prewired with a 9-foot cord and NEMA 5-20 plug, delivering smooth, spark-free operation through a backward-curved polyamide impeller. The standard filter is a 30-inch-long, 260 sq. ft. NanoWeb fire-retardant MERV 15 cartridge cleaned by a push-button reverse pulse system requiring 80–90 PSI clean, dry compressed air. The unit includes a Minihelic differential pressure gauge, an internal 2-gallon dust tray accessed through the main filter door, and a heavy-gauge, continuously welded mild-steel cabinet finished with Durethane™ mastic coating by PPG for long-term industrial durability. Standard configuration includes a single 6-inch flanged inlet for duct or optional extraction arm connection, and the BT-800 may be mounted on a legstand or wall-mounted to suit workstation layouts. Available options include extraction arms, 10- or 55-gallon collection drums, motor cover with sound attenuation, caster base, ductwork adaptor plates, and automatic differential-pressure-activated filter cleaning. For food and pharmaceutical applications, the BT-800 is available in 304 stainless steel construction with washable 100% spun-bond polyester filter media.
