MachineMaster oil mist collectors are built for industrial machining environments that need effective removal of airborne process oil and coolant. Standard models range from 2000 CFM - 12,0000 CFM and use a three-stage filtration design with washable impingers, washable mesh filters, and final V-bag filtration to clean air before it is exhausted back into the facility.

MachineMaster collectors combine multi-stage filtration, durable welded construction, and easy service access in one modular oil mist collector. Standard features include AMCA rated direct drive fan assemblies, 12 gauge steel construction, large module doors for filter access, ASHRAE rated filter flows, and a Magnahelic gauge for maintenance visibility.

MachineMaster units use a 3-stage filtration system. Stage 1 uses a 24 x 24 x 4 inch aluminum washable mist eliminator, Stage 2 uses a 24 x 12 x 1 inch galvanized washable mesh filter, and Stage 3 uses a 24 x 24 x 36 inch final bag filter. Depending on model, systems include 1 to 6 of each stage, operate at 460V / 3Ph / 60Hz, and are available in low static, standard, and high static configurations on select models.

The MachineMaster series is available in models from MM-2000 through MM-12,000.
