Built as a self-contained cartridge dust collector, it delivers 500 to 2,000 CFM, uses NANO Web fire retardant MERV 15 filters, and combines portable operation with heavy-duty welded construction for reliable day-to-day dust collection.

The SideKick PSK series is engineered for facilities that need a compact industrial dust collector that can move between work areas or connect directly to equipment. Standard models range from the PSK-50 through the PSK-2000, with round-body, rectangular-body, and square-body configurations depending on airflow and filter count. Each unit is self-contained and portable, with vertically mounted filters sealed to the tube sheet through a dual rail single-push CAM locking assembly that helps prevent particulate bypass and makes filter changes easier.

PSK-50, 75 and 100
Indoor-Safe Operation: Designed with a dirty-side volume under 8 ft³ to fully comply with NFPA 660 guidelines for indoor placement without the need for structural explosion venting.
Point-of-Source Flexibility: Because it falls below the 8 ft³ NFPA threshold, this portable unit can be positioned directly next to the manufacturing process, eliminating long, expensive runs of explosion-isolated ductwork.
Reduced Compliance Costs: Eliminates the regulatory requirement for indoor collectors to feature chemical suppression or flame-arresting systems, saving on initial capital and annual maintenance.
The PSK-1500 and PSK-2000 do not meet this requirement and are not recommended for explosive dust.
The SideKick PSK series is well suited for portable and localized dust collection in manufacturing and shop environments. It is commonly used for welding fume collector applications, grinding dust collector applications, sanding dust collector applications, media blasting, cutting and brazing smoke capture, and mixing or weighing operations where a workstation dust collector or portable dust collection system is preferred. It can also be paired with extraction arms or connected to ductwork for added flexibility.

The SideKick PSK combines portability, efficient filtration, and rugged construction in one compact dust collector. Standard NANO Web fire retardant filters provide MERV 15 performance, while manual compressed air reverse pulse cleaning helps maintain airflow and extend filter life. The series also uses a spark-resistant, AMCA rated fan wheel and inlet cone molded from high-strength GRP polyamide, along with a solid welded steel housing and portable caster base for dependable industrial use.

The SideKick PSK series is available in five standard models with airflow from 500 to 2,000 CFM. Smaller units from PSK-50 to PSK-100 use one filter and 250 square feet of media, while the PSK-1500 and PSK-2000 use 2 and 4 filters with 500 and 1,000 square feet of media. Motor sizes range from 1 to 5 HP, all models operate at 3450 RPM, and reverse pulse cleaning requires clean, dry compressed air at 80 to 90 PSI. Standard electrical configurations include 110 Volt / 1 Phase / 60 Hertz on the smaller models and 460 Volt / 3 Phase / 60 Hertz on the larger models.
