Available in multiple bench sizes from 24 x 24 inches to 36 x 96 inches, the PDB gives manufacturers a flexible source capture for a downdraft grinding bench, industrial downdraft sanding table, polishing, downdraft welding bench and other dry dust applications.

The Intercept PDB is a cartridge-based downdraft bench engineered to pull dust downward through the work surface and into high-efficiency vertical filter cartridges below the deck. Its ventilated surface extends to within 1 inch of all sides to maximize active capture area, while automatic reverse pulse cleaning helps maintain airflow and extend filter life. Available in eleven standard models, the series gives customers a compact but durable workstation dust collector with deck sizes and airflow capacities suited for a wide range of industrial tasks.

The Intercept PDB is well suited for industrial processes where dust must be captured directly at the workstation. The Intercept PDB combines strong deck airflow, high-efficiency cartridge filtration, and rugged welded construction in one industrial downdraft table. Standard NANO Web filters provide MERV 15 dust collector performance, while automatic reverse pulse cleaning helps maintain airflow and increase filter life. Each unit is fully assembled and fully welded, with heavy-duty steel housing, direct drive fan assemblies, and a Fibergrate fiberglass work deck designed for daily industrial use.

Standard models provide approximately 367 to 400 FPM deck velocity and airflow from 1,100 to 7,200 CFM, depending on bench size. Motor sizes range from 1 to 7.5 HP, with all standard models using 1800 RPM motor and fan performance. Vertically mounted filters seal through a dual rail push CAM locking assembly, while the direct drive backward inclined welded mild steel fan design supports reliable day-to-day operation in demanding dry dust environments.
