The WDT-3500 is a walk-around downdraft table built to provide a spacious, ventilated workstation for larger parts and hand tool applications. Its open design allows material to be placed across the full body of the unit, while downdraft collection is available on three sides to help pull airborne dust away from the work area and breathing zone. With a 95 x 40 inch work deck and portable caster-mounted design, the WDT-3500 is built for both accessibility and mobility within the facility.

Full-size NANO fire retardant cartridge filters rated MERV 15 provide efficient filtration, while reverse pulse cleaning helps maintain airflow and extend filter life. The fiberglass grated work deck provides a strong, slip-resistant work surface, and 5-inch heavy-duty locking casters make it easier to reposition the unit where needed in the facility.

The Intercept WDT-3500 is built around a 3 HP motor and high-efficiency backward curved glass-reinforced polyamide impeller for dependable airflow and compact performance. The unit uses four horizontal cartridge filters with an industry leading total of 760 square feet of media, supported by reverse pulse cleaning with 80 to 90 PSI compressed air and two pulse valves. Average deck velocity is approximately 350 FPM, helping capture dust effectively at the work surface while maintaining a cleaner operator zone. The unit is built with 12 gauge solid welded mild steel construction and a durable Durethane DTM external coating for long-term industrial use.
